Shipping Rates

• FREE on orders over $150

Local Pickup: Free from our The Pink Pineapple. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

All orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out.

Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. 

Return Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached Sale items and accessories (like jewelry, hats, etc.) are final sale Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

How to Return: Email us at pinkpineapple@live.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address. 

Once we receive your return, we'll issue store credit or process your exchange within 3–5 business days.
